All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If we are not able to fulfil your order for operational or logistic reasons, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail and your payment be refunded fully.

Prices and payment
Prices are as set out on the website. When it may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, such changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. As you place an order on nichelondon.com and provide your credit card information, you authorise us to take payment for the product you wish to purchase. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time when your order is accepted.
We only accept payment in British Pound Sterling and whilst we may accept orders from customers outside of the UK, we cannot be held accountable any surcharge the card-issuing bank may impose for converting Sterling into local currency.
We will not be responsible if the product is held by customs of the country of the ordering customer and we cannot refund any customs charges the order incurs. You are advised to check the rules of your country before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing us accurate information and make the necessary arrangement to accept the product at the pre-arranged time.
Should a delivery fail repeatedly due to reasons other than faults of our part, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this instance, we will not be able refund the delivery charge to the customer.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order before it is delivered to you. You have to do so by emailing us on email@example.com with the order number. We will only accept cancellation notification from the same email address of your account.
Right to return and refund
You have the right to return damaged goods to us and seek a full refund provided that you follow the return process set out on the website and provide us with photographic evidence of the damage. The process has to be initiated within 3 working days after the delivery of the product and please note that we cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care.
You also have the right to return the product to us for a refund within 7 working days of delivery of the product provided that you follow the return process set out on the website. You will not be refunded the original delivery charge for undamaged product return and you will be responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition and packaging at your own cost. We reserve the right to decline issuing a refund if the product returned is not of satisfactory condition.
You are advised to refrain from using any computer / device to make an order if you suspect of the presence of spyware or virus on it.

We provide sufficiently clear instructions on the assembly and use of our products. If a product requires assembly, we will state on each product page. Full assembly instructions are provided in the box with each product and can be downloaded on each product page.
