If the product is damaged
We do our best to ensure the best quality and conditions of the products we deliver to your door. However, if you find that the item you have received has been damaged, please let us know within 3 working days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please let us know:
Once we receive your email, we will arrange for a pick up, re-delivery or refund as per your request. If the product is damaged, we will refund the full amount including the delivery charge.
If you have simply changed your mind
You can return the product to us within 7 days after you receive the product. If you wish to do so, please let us know by emailing: email@example.com your order number.
To entitle to a refund, the product must be in "as new" condition and be returned in its original packaging. You will find the return address on the orginal despatch note.
Once we receive and check the product, we will arrange for the refund. Please note that we will only be able to refund you the price of the product but not the delivery charge.
We would highly recommend you send the product back to us by a traceable service and ensure the shipment will be handled with care.
How long will it take to receive the refund?
It should take 10 to 14 working days after we receive and check the product.
