Ordering from Niche London

Buying from Niche London is as easy as buying from any other online stores nowadays.  But we imagine you may still have specific questions about shopping with us.  Here are a few which we try to answer.  If you want to know more, please do drop us a line at e-shop@nichelondon.com (we nearly always answer emails right away!).

 

How do I pay for the order?

You can pay via Paypal using credit or debit cards including Visa/Mastercard/Visa Debit/American Express/Maestro. We will offer two secure payment methods. (Please click here to find out why Paypal is a safe payment option.)

 

What information do I need to give you to order a product?

Can I change my mind and cancel an order?

Yes. If the product has not been processed, i.e. passed on to our warehouse for delivery, you can cancel at any time. Simply email us at e-shop@nichelondon.com using your account email address and quote the order number. We will issue a full refund to you. Of course, we would appreciate if you could let us know why you change your mind, but there is no obligation.

 

Do you have a showroom we can visit?

We do not but we take great care to provide detailed information and clear photographs of the products so you can make a well informed decision when deciding to buy.  You can also visit our studio at Hampstead, London but please make an appointment with us first.

 

I am outside of the UK, can I order your product?

We currently deliver to some European Countries. Please refer to the 'Delivery' Section for shipping cost and delivery time.
